




Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Media Planner / Media Buyer to develop and execute effective media strategies that align with our clients' marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and buying media space across various platforms to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
Phoenix Candidates: this role is a hybrid role going onsite in Phoenix location on Wed/Thur in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive media plans that meet client objectives and budget requirements.
- Conduct audience analysis to identify target demographics and optimize media placements.
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements for advertising.
- Manage and optimize media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics and reports to clients.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between media strategy and creative execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital advertising opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media buying and planning, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools. Traditional media experience is nice to have.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in analytics and data analysis to steer successful campaigns.
- Experienced in budgeting and managing media spend effectively.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
Benefits
- The Company currently pays 75% of medical, dental, and vision insurance monthly premiums for employees and children. This includes all plans offered by the Company. Spouses can be included on the plan, with the employee responsible for 100% of the premium(s). Medical, dental, and vision insurance is available to you on the 1st of the month following your first full month of employment.
- The Company currently pays 100% of monthly premium on a $10,000 life insurance policy. Life insurance begins on your first day of employment. Employee designates the beneficiary.
- In addition to paid days off for all federal holidays, you will receive 10 paid vacation days as well as 5 paid sick/personal days annually. You will also receive your birthday as a paid holiday; if this day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, you may take an alternate day off.
- The Company provides a cell phone allowance of $50 per month, which is automatically processed with the last paycheck of each month. Proof of active cell phone account may be required.
- The Company also currently offers the below benefits:
- Health & Wellness reimbursement: You are eligible to be reimbursed for up to $100 per month for any health and wellness related expenses such as gym club membership, spa services, etc. These must be submitted on your expense report by the 5th of the following month, including a receipt(s). Payment is processed through payroll with the mid-month (15th) paycheck each month.
- Home Office reimbursement: You are eligible to be reimbursed for $250 per month. You are not required to provide receipts or any proof of purchase for this reimbursement. Payment is processed automatically through payroll with the mid-month (15th) paycheck each month.
- Mileage outside of your regular commute will be reimbursed on a per mile basis at the rate determined by the IRS for that year.
- After one year of employment, you are eligible to participate in the Company's Simple IRA plan. The Company currently matches up to 3% of an employee's gross annual salary.
- After completion of one full calendar year (Jan 1-Dec 31) of employment, you are eligible to participate in the Company's Profit-Sharing plan. The Company will provide additional details once eligible.
