As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, driving growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to execute successful digital media campaigns, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for optimization and upselling. Your expertise in digital media and client services will be essential to maximizing client ROI and contributing to the continued success of this dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the daily point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their questions and providing timely updates.
- Manage the creative process from start to finish, collaborating with advertisers and the creative team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimization.
- Lead client meetings to communicate performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Develop end-of-campaign reports and presentations, showcasing results and insights to clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal partners and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proactively stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in onboarding activities for new team members.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business
- 5+ years of client services/account management experience in a digital marketing agency or a combination of agency/client-side experience
- 3+ years of proven experience managing client relationships and effectively problem-solving
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with large retail clients.
- Deep understanding of the retail media landscape.
- Proven ability to upsell and expand client relationships.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.04 to $52.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
