Aquent is partnering with a leading global innovator to find a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to drive their paid social media strategy. This is a hybrid contract until 2nd Jan 2026 based in New York paying between $70.57 to $78.42 an hour.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including organic social, activations, engagement, and global brand teams, to develop and execute innovative social-first content. You'll be the creative force behind paid media campaigns, working closely with internal creative teams and agencies to bring your vision to life. Your expertise in social media best practices and your finger on the pulse of trending content will ensure that every campaign resonates with the target audience.
What You’ll Do:

• Support our paid social media efforts in partnership with cross functional teams-inclusive of our organic social and activations and engagement teams and our global brand team
• Oversee the development and implementation of social-first content creation for the paid media plan in partnership with the internal creative team and agencies.
• Provide support for social creative agency management.
• Stay informed about trending content, conversations, news, cultural events, and emerging social formats.
• Utilize internal and external social analytics and other internal data to inform strategy, iterate creative, and continuously improve future campaigns.
• Provide consistent reporting on key social KPIs.

Must-Haves:

• Strong marketing experience with brand/agency-side developing social media creative
• Extensive knowledge of social media best practices
• Skilled in innovative storytelling across social platforms-experience in concepting, briefing, and managing social content calendars
• Experience working with / managing agencies and internal partners
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable adapting to the changing needs of the business / social trends
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills; known for being a team player - easy to work with, positive, motivating, and incredibly collaborative
