




Our Fortune 100 hospitality client is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract. This position is 40 hours a week and you will be required to come to the New York office 3-4 times a month.
The ideal Social Media Coordinator will have experience working at an in-house agency or social media agency.
This role involves managing day-to-day social media activities, engaging with our audience, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop social strategies that enhance brand reputation across 5 brands
- Support the brand's day-to-day social media activities, including monitoring and engagement for both paid and organic content.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (agencies).
- Support the execution of the brand's social strategy.
- Manage day-to-day operations across major social media platforms to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Work with teams to schedule and publish social content from the brand editorial calendars, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Manage engagement across multiple lifestyle brand social media channels.
- Create campaign briefs and lead kick-offs with internal teams and external agency partners.
- Monitor social channels to identify strategic opportunities for brand engagement, flag trending moments, and escalate potential issues to broader teams.
- Assist in analyzing campaign and content performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of agency or marketing experience
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with internal partners and external agencies/partners/talent.
- Experience in campaign management and execution.
- Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time; may require working outside of business hours.
- Experience with social media management, social listening, and social analytics tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, - Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.).
