Our client in the gaming industry is looking for a Art Director (3D Key Art) to support their team with the ideation, concept, and execution of key art for their upcoming product launches. The Art Director must develop a unique vision for a key art image, and update 2 additional art pieces to support advertising campaigns for the product.
The Art Director must have technical skills to create cinematic visuals including 3D animation and digital illustration skills.
Art Director Responsibilities:
- Translate creative brief into compelling visuals.
- Create, concept and develop engaging key art visuals to drive engagement in new product launch.
- Develop several iterations of visual concepts for stakeholder review.
- Create detailed digital illustrations that conveys overall story and creative brief.
- Deliver master files within desired time and scope.
- Ensure all artwork is technically sound, including image formatting, resolution and color profiles.
- Leverage technical 3D Animation and digital illustration skills to create strong visuals and final master file.
Art Director Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of 3D illustration and digital illustration skills.
- Skilled in 3D animation tools; Blender, Maya or a similar tool.
- Portfolio showcasing 3D animation and illustration skills; key art experience strongly preferred.
