Our client, a privately owned investment management firm, is seeking a skilled Distribution Systems Solution Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on optimizing Salesforce and Eloqua to enhance client interactions and streamline distribution strategies.

Location: Hybrid - NYC (Tu/Wed/Thurs onsite, M/F remote) Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Salesforce & Eloqua implementation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with Sales teams to optimize client journeys, lead generation, and data segmentation.
• Partner with Marketing teams to create targeted digital campaigns, improve segmentation, and refine interaction strategies.
• Manage client data, ensuring Salesforce serves as a central repository for sales and prospecting.
• Establish reporting frameworks to monitor performance and optimize distribution strategies.
• Support ongoing business initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with evolving objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services; 3+ years working with Salesforce & Eloqua.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced training preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, dashboards, Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, project management
