




Our client, a global agency specializing in the B2B construction and home improvement space, is looking for a full-time Creative Director in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This primarily REMOTE full-time position comes with competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, remote work schedule (with occasional onsite meetings and collaboration in a brand new North Dallas office space), the resources of an international organization, and a terrific ego-free culture.
The ideal Creative Director / Creative Lead is a hands-on designer with experience building and leading creative teams and projects - from concept to final delivery, including hands-on execution, presentation, and new business pitches.
Creative Director Responsibilities:
- Lead and uphold the creative vision for projects - ensuring brand accuracy and continuity
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams and stakeholders to develop innovative strategy-based creative solutions
- Mentor and coach creative teams members - encouraging continuous growth and excellence
- Oversee the design process from research and planning, through concepting and delivery
- Attend client meetings to present and communicate ideas clearly
- Partner with account leadership to identify business opportunities, develop proposals, and support growth
Creative Director Requirements:
- Proven creative leadership experience
- Ability to generate ideas and translate strategy into compelling design and messaging
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for brand development, design innovation, and solving complex creative challenges
