Email Marketing Manager
Position Overview
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion. This role involves email campaign management, database and segmentation, performance analysis, and adhering to compliance and best practices.
This is a full time, direct hire role that will require you to be onsite in St. Louis, MO 3 days/week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
- Create and design engaging email templates that enhance user experience
- Manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of email campaigns
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy
- Maintain and segment email lists to ensure targeted communication with audiences
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficient in database segmentation and dynamic list creation
- Solid understanding of CRM integrations and proven success in developing, launching, and maintaining nurture email journeys
- Skilled in auto-responder email creation and implementation
- Keen knowledge of design and best practices for email marketing, with knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
- Proficient in multiple email marketing platforms, with experience in Dynamics 365 and HubSpot preferred
- Experience in data hygiene and strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to drive decision-making
- Ability to create images, design templates, and other email elements
- Proven success in A/B testing for subject, content, and design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with email marketing compliance standards and regulations
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
