




Director, Account Leadership
Position Overview
The Director of Account Leadership is responsible for ensuring exceptional client service and driving strategic growth for our client's marketing agency. This role requires a leader who can manage multiple accounts, develop innovative marketing campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful results for our clients.
This is a full time, direct hire role that will require you to be onsite in Cincinnati, OH three days per week. There will be some travel involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue and market share for clients.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, web, and direct mail.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Analyze account performance and provide actionable insights for improvement and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance account strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or a similar role within a marketing agency.
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and omni-channel strategies.
- Familiarity with traditional media, event-based marketing, and direct mail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
