Our retail client is seeking a Social Media Coordinator! This role is 20 hours/week, ongoing.
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (repurposed content).
- Support the Social Media Manager in executing the content strategy across four e-commerce brands.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and assist with community management (responding to comments, DMs, etc.).
- Track and organize performance metrics and assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay on top of social media trends and flag relevant ones for the team.
- Help maintain the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Coordinate with the content creator to ensure assets are optimized for each platform.
- 1+ year of experience in social media.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools.
- Huge plus if you have experience with e-commerce or retail brands.
