Our Wisconsin based client is looking for a Creative Director to join their team in a fulltime capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to be a hands on leader to a laid back team!
The Creative Director must be on site 4 days a week with an optional work from home Friday. The office is located about 30 minutes outside of Milwaukee.
The Creative Director will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a team of designers/marketing personnel
- Leading and reviewing the work of the creative team, which will include campaign strategy through execution, typically 75% digital and 25% print
- Analyzing brand tracking, marketing trends, consumer needs and the competitor landscape
The Creative Director must have:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B, B2C and Retail experience. If you have experience in the franchise space that is a huge plus!
- Strong working knowledge of Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and a Project Management Tool like Asana
- Effective communication, this role will require small one on one settings as well as large groups with differing position levels
- Portfolio focused on digital marketing
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
