You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and automating processes that enhance the delivery and effectiveness of in-app messaging across a suite of media services. What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to automate and streamline marketing operations processes.
- Build and maintain scalable data models and architectures to support data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations to connect various marketing tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in marketing operations.
- Develop and implement machine learning solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to marketing operations systems and processes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the marketing operations technology roadmap.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical process design and improvement.
- Strong experience in data engineering, including designing scalable data models and architectures.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
- Solid foundation in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and full-stack development.
- Experience with REST API design, database integration, and containerization tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
- Experience implementing machine learning solutions, including work with Large Language Models (LLMs).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.12 to $78.26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
