As a Specialist Lead within the Marketplace Operations Team, you will be the go-to expert, driving improvements and efficiencies that directly impact this company’s ability to deliver products to consumers worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will dive deep into the business, becoming a subject matter expert in a specific area. You will leverage data analysis and visualization tools to identify trends, pinpoint bottlenecks, and recommend solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization within the supply chain.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, transportation, and account management, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of operational strategies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to the supply chain, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and effective communication with internal and external partners.
  • Support the monthly shipment goal-setting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain operations, performance management, S&OP, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a large, complex organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.80 to $32 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
