


Our client, a national agency who works largely in the retail space, has an immediate need for a fully-remote Project Manager to work on their Fortune 500 retail account. This position starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and will continue (40 hours per week) for at least 6 months with the potential to extend.
The ideal candidate brings high-speed, high-volume agency project management experience, with a deep understanding of creative marketing workflows, timelines, resources, and processes. Retail industry experience in an agency setting puts your name at the top of the list.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop timelines for multichannel marketing projects, including timing for each step of the process from strategy to execution.
- Facilitate daily and weekly status meetings to refine workflow processes and uphold milestones and quality
- Create job schedules, progress analysis, status updates, and reporting to ensure all parties are aware of feedback, action items, and next steps
- Ensure the scope-of-work is clearly defined to forecast proper timelines, answer questions, and collect missing information
- Work cross-functionally to negotiate, problem-solve, build relationships, and think strategically
- Articulate project reports to all stakeholders clearly and effectively
Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, communication, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years' of proven project management experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Experience with Workfront or similar project management software
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of all multichannel functionalities (project scope, technologies, team responsibilities, QA/QC processes)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience in B2C marketing and/or retail is a plus
