Our higher education client in Philadelphia is looking for a freelance Motion Graphics Designer to support their marketing team through the end of June, possibly longer depending on workload.
This is a hybrid position, 40 hours per week, onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays. A laptop will be provided.
The Motion Graphic Designer will:
- Create templates for social videos
- Simplify process for design staff to drop imagery or videos into a template
- Create labeled layers for graphic designers on team
- Help optimize content for social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram stories, Facebook, etc.
- Develop animation options for intros, copy, transitions, alpha mattes, and end tags
- Manipulate brand work to offer several solutions based on provided story board
This Motion Graphic Designer will have:
- 5 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in higher education
- Proficiency in After Effects; InDesign would be nice to have
- Strong understanding of compositions, shape layers, and text effects
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
