At Jered LLC, a PaR Systems Company and leader in engineered solutions for naval and maritime systems, Material Controllers are essential to keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
We are expanding our Materials and Logistics Team and seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives on precision, organization, and keeping complex systems running like clockwork. Your role ensures that the right parts are in the right place—on time, every time—to support mission-critical operations for the U.S. Navy and global maritime partners.

As a Material Controller at Jered, your impact is measured in more than inventory turns—it’s about readiness, reliability, and results.

Success Criteria

As a Material Controller, you’ll be the heartbeat of material flow—coordinating, tracking, and expediting parts and assemblies across departments. The most successful team members are highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

You’ll work across functions, from receiving and inventory management to supporting manufacturing kits and outbound logistics. Challenges include managing time-sensitive shipments, accurately maintaining inventory records, interpreting project requirements, and supporting compliance with safety and preservation protocols. Success means maximizing efficiency, reducing downtime, and playing a critical behind-the-scenes role in delivering world-class engineered systems.
