



Our financial client's public charity sector is seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager to join their team for the next 3 months, potential to extend, full time hours- 40 hours/week.
This role is hybrid onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Austin or Westlake, Texas. Open to fully remote for the perfect fit!
Role Summary
The Acquisition Marketing Manager will support the Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management team in developing and executing lead generation and nurture strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences. This role focuses on optimizing the prospect journey, improving funnel conversion rates, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Top Must Have Skills
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in philanthropy or financial services
Proficiency with marketing automation (Marketo or Hubspot) and CRM platforms (Salesforce or Financial Services Cloud)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven project and stakeholder management capabilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proofreading skills
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience creating content for emails, websites, and sales materials
Collaborative and adaptable working style
Ability to align marketing efforts with sales and business objectives
Responsibilities
Develop and manage integrated lead generation and nurture campaigns using email, events, webinars, and CRM insights
Own end-to-end marketing project execution including content creation, QA, and campaign analysis
Collaborate with sales, field enablement, and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead handoff
Serve as a backup liaison for Acquisition Marketing with internal partners
Leverage data to evaluate campaign performance and optimize lead generation strategies
Provide ad hoc marketing and communications support for sales initiatives
