





JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Information Systems Infrastructure is accountable for developing, directing and improving IS operations and staff. Manages a core functional team of IS professionals to deliver on run-the-business operations and projects, while monitoring performance and personal development. You will assist respective IS Directors and/or leadership with knowledge and implementing technical and process standards and helping department budget planning and management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
- Assess and Design Review:
- Evaluate the current design ofCitrix, Imprivata, VDI, virtual server, and Windows Server environments.
- Ensure the design aligns with industry best practices and organizational requirements.
- Implementation Assessment:
- Assess the implementation of the existing infrastructure.
- Identify any deviations from the design and recommend corrective actions.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze the performance of the current setup.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing performance and resource utilization.
- Security and Compliance Review:
- Review the security measures in place forCitrix, Imprivata, and Windows Server environments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Documentation:
- Document findings from the design and implementation review.
- Provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvements.
- Best Practices Recommendations:
- Recommend best practices for maintaining and optimizing theCitrix, Imprivata, and Windows Server environments.
- Suggest improvements for VDI and virtual server configurations.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide clear and actionable insights to improve the overall infrastructure.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies inCitrix, Imprivata, and Windows Server.
- Propose strategic enhancements based on emerging best practices.
Additional Day to Day Responsibilities

- Completing Assessment of existing solution
- Lead process improvement and standardization programs with a focus on best practice and end-user productivity
- Produce and maintain desktop standards, knowledge bases, operating procedures, guidelines, and system documentation
- Next Generation
- Meet with leadership, identify requirements, review solutions based upon Customer requirements
- Review Business trends, identify key partners, and investigate new strategies and solutions to better serve our clinicians.
- Lead project implementation and deployment of new solution
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Ideal Candidates will have:
- 8+yrs experience designing and delivering Citrix solutions (full-suite)
- Integration of Citrix with Enterprise Products
- Imprivata
- Virtual Servers and VDI's
- Understanding of best Patch Mgmt practices (testing/deployments)
- SCCM/InTune
- Active Directory/Group Policies
- Mobile Engineering
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in enterprise hospital systems
- Maintaining compliance is extremely important
