





Our large financial services client is seeking a Email Developer to join their team for the next 18 months, 40 hours/week.
This role is hybrid onsite 3 to 4 days a week in Austin, TX.
Role Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Email Developer to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns. This role involves developing dynamic, high-quality email experiences, collaborating across teams, and driving innovation in customer engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
Top Must Have Skills
5+ years of hands-on email development experience
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Content Builder, Interaction Studio, and Campaign Studio
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and dynamic content creation
Strong understanding of email compliance, accessibility, and testing protocols
Experience with JavaScript and API integrations
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with SFDC to SFMC connectors and Einstein implementation
Experience with jQuery, Next.js, and Adobe Creative Suite
Background in financial services or agency environments is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy complex email campaigns with dynamic content
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in email code
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and maintain high-quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
Continuously improve processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable email solutions
Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools
