As a key member of the team, you will help shape the future of athletic wear, turning innovative concepts into tangible products worn by athletes worldwide. This role is a unique opportunity to blend your creative vision with technical expertise, pushing the boundaries of apparel design and making a real impact on the world of sport.

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating design visions into reality and ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of performance, comfort, and style. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and materials, constantly exploring new ways to enhance athletic performance and create groundbreaking apparel.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate 2D design concepts into 3D prototypes, and vice versa.
  • Develop and refine patterns and fits, specializing in bras and compression apparel.
  • Utilize 3D design software (CLO) to create virtual prototypes.
  • Collaborate with factories and innovation centers throughout the entire development process.
  • Research and implement new manufacturing methods and construction processes.
  • Lead prototype iterations and fit sessions with athletes.
  • Oversee product security throughout the development lifecycle.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making, Textile Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six years of apparel development experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the apparel development process from concept to production (including pattern making, construction, engineering, costing, manufacturing, materials, and machinery).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within diverse project teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and CAD pattern design software (Optitex, CLO, or Browzwear).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with bra/compression apparel pattern making and fitting.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product development processes.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.00 to $56.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
