As a Professional/Administrative, you will:

• Champion the consumer by utilizing market research and trend analysis to inform product decisions and refine assortments.
• Oversee seasonal line plans, striking a balance between financial goals, brand consistency, and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Planning, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive product creation, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend in-season adjustments to maximize sales and profitability.
• Drive the execution of seasonal product strategies, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for the consumer and a deep understanding of market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.37 to $61.53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
