Description:
The content marketing team plans, creates, edits, publishes, and manages an array of content assets for omnichannel, global campaigns in the energy sector. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating activities and communications that support these cross-team efforts.
This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. You’ll be tasked with keeping our files, notes, agendas, and project boards up to date and accurate. The Content Marketing Coordinator will receive and route incoming requests, consolidate and centralize information related to projects and campaigns, and ensure that handoffs are successfully completed and that deadlines are met.
Ours is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and an ideal candidate will feel comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
Essentials:
Experience with content development workflows and processes
Experience working on multiple marketing projects or campaigns simultaneously
Proven record of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to resolve ambiguity by asking questions and conducting follow-ups
Ability to capture and share information in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
Capacity to quickly shift task focus throughout the day
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Exceptional time management skills
Experience using Asana and MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
3-7 years of experience with support marketing campaigns
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
Ideal candidates will also have:
Experience assisting global marketing campaigns
Experience with the nuts and bolts of social media, email, and web marketing
Experience in energy, technology, manufacturing, or a related industry
