The Content Management Leader in Wholesale Banking will serve as a lead across Wholesale LOBs and be responsible for our Wholesale Content Management strategy and distribution of thought leadership in partnership with Marketing. A key focus for this leader will be to build an effective framework that will organize and distribute our internal content (e.g. teammate enablement messaging) in a scalable and effective manner across all Wholesale LOBs. In addition, this leader (and team) will work to develop LOB governance to maximize the utilization and ROI of our content across LOBs and look for ways to build new routines in how we share, introduce and coordinate with respect to content management and distribution. It is critical that this leader develop and work closely with Marketing to ensure alignment on daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background in Wholesale businesses with a focus on LOB sales teams using content. The leader will influence Senior Levels of business management and build a strong partnership with Marketing, Communications, GCO, Wholesale Leadership and Compliance.

1. Be the primary Wholesale leader working with Marketing as the content and thought leadership strategy is developed and ensure alignment to the business objectives of Wholesale Banking.
• Coordinate with Wholesale Business Management Teams (LOBs) to help provide the overall Wholesale perspective to Marketing and other key support groups.
• Organize and distribute internal content across the Wholesale Banking team by utilizing our content management platform and tools.
2. Establish governance processes to build effective partnership across LOBs and with Marketing to drive alignment and routines to expand the benefit for content across Wholesale.
3. In partnership with Marketing, develop and execute a plan to share our best thinking and positions Wholesale LOBs in the marketplace and with prospects and clients. These activities should help achieve business goals, enhances client experience, and acquire, grow and retain profitable client relationships for Wholesale Banking
4. Coordinate and streamline communication to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts
5. Partner with the Teammate Enablement Sales Tools and Platforms team to ensure alignment of technology platforms in our efforts to develop a single content platform
6. Lead our LOB teams to effectively use our platforms and when new platforms are created to help with training and adoption efforts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in content strategy, development, and management, preferably within the financial services industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies
4. Strong understanding of wholesale banking products and services
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with offshore content development teams
2. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
3. Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools
