As a Site IT Support (SIS) Analyst II., you will need:
The Site IT Support (SIS) Analyst II provides hands-on technical support to end-users at our Cleveland, OH location. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The SIS Analyst II works closely with centralized IT teams to implement new solutions and support existing infrastructure standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, printers, LAN, and voice networks.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate support records.
- Train users on new technologies and software tools.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to successful implementation.
- Support up to 200 IT end users at the site; no direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow company IT standards and procedures.
- Proficiency in documenting technical procedures and user guides.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise IT systems and tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation.
