Job Title: Site IT Support (SIS) Analyst II

As a Site IT Support (SIS) Analyst II., you will need:
The Site IT Support (SIS) Analyst II provides hands-on technical support to end-users at our Cleveland, OH location. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The SIS Analyst II works closely with centralized IT teams to implement new solutions and support existing infrastructure standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, printers, LAN, and voice networks.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate support records.
• Train users on new technologies and software tools.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to successful implementation.
• Support up to 200 IT end users at the site; no direct reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow company IT standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in documenting technical procedures and user guides.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise IT systems and tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $22.00 OR $24.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
