Digital Asset Manager

Position Overview
Our entertainment client is seeking an detail oriented Digital Asset Manager to oversee the migrations of their digital assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing digital asset management system, ensuring efficient content migration and accessibility across the organization.

• Freelance
• 20 to 30 hours per week
• 8 weeks or until the migration is complete 
• On-site in Charlotte, NC
• Start as soon as candidate is identified 

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate around 250,000 assets, keyword tag the assets, and make sure they are assigned accurately within their new system (Binder).
• Manage content migration projects, ensuring all digital assets are transferred accurately and securely.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of digital assets, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with company standards.
• Conduct content audits as they move content to ensure everything is up-to-date while making sure the images out not outdated.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital asset management and content migration.
• Strong knowledge of digital asset management tools and systems, Binder is a huge plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
