Digital Asset Associate

Position Overview
The Digital Asset Associate will be responsible for managing and organizing digital assets to ensure easy access and efficient workflow. This role involves performing manual data tasks and maintaining a high level of detail in handling digital files, supporting the overall digital asset management process.

This is a part-time freelance role, approximately 16-24 hours/week. This person will need to be located in Detroit, MI so they can commute into an office 2-3 days/week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize digital assets in the digital asset management system.
• Perform manual data entry and verification tasks to ensure accuracy of digital files.
• Maintain and update metadata for digital assets as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital asset needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital asset management processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital asset management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in manual data tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with digital asset management software and tools.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
