The Engineering Coordinator will be responsible primarily for assisting the Director of Engineering with administrative tasks for the Engineering department, providing support for the general maintenance engineers, dispatching calls, and handling office/clerical work. This position requires a candidate willing to work directly with the Director of Engineering to ensure smooth day to day operations of the department and hotel by following up with guest calls/requests, maintaining communication to all departments of the hotel, ensuring timely and accurate record keeping, assist with ordering materials/ supplies and any other projects or task assigned by the Director of Engineering. Will at times be required to assist in property tours and inspections.
The starting pay for this position is $23.00 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
- Great personal/communications and customer service skills required.
- Knowledge of computer skills & and ability to learn operating systems.
- Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills.
- Candidate must have superb attention to detail.
- Hotel/Resort experience preferred.
- Ability to work in an office environment.
