UX Designer IV

Position Overview
The UX Designer IV will play a pivotal role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and the product. This position involves a deep understanding of user-centered design principles to create effective user experiences across various platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to visualize user flows and interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to implement design solutions
• Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and gather feedback for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch
• Experience in designing Enterprise products and software design and development. 
• Background in Media or Entertainment.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Miro, and Confluence
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile methodologies

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
