We're looking for a senior-level Creative Project Manager to lead and build project workflows from the ground up for a major gaming brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and knows how to turn creative chaos into structured, scalable systems.
-6 month contract with potential to extend!
-Remote- but MUST be local to the Seattle area for occasional onsite meetings
What You Will Do:
-Build and manage a project management system to track creative work (specifically digital creative projects) from intake through final delivery
-Coordinate across design, copy, video, and marketing teams to deliver digital-first campaigns, primarily ads on our (well-known) client's site, with some print and video
-Translate briefs and documents into actionable project plans and timelines
-Own resource allocation, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
-Confidently manage priorities, push back when needed, and keep projects on track
What You Bring:
-5+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in creative or digital environments
-Experience building PM systems from scratch (Airtable or Monday.com preferred)
-Strong understanding of creative deliverables across digital, print, and video
-Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
-Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Airtable or Monday.com
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bonus experience:
-Experience in the gaming industry preferred!
-Basic Understanding of merchandising workflows and ad formats
-This is a high-impact role for someone ready to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a growing creative team.
