




Our media and lifestyle client is looking for a full time, direct hire Senior Product Designer to join their team.
This opportunity will be fully onsite at a solar-powered campus with outdoor hiking trails, an onsite cafe, Olympic-sized gym, onsite yoga and more in Louisville, CO.
Senior Product Designer responsibilities:
- Lead the design of an immersive community experience and AI-powered features
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to set design direction for Community and AI initiatives
- Lead end-to-end design of social features including forums, group experiences, live events, chat, UGC workflows
- Define systems that support authentic connection, moderation, and scalable engagement
- Create cohesive design systems and interaction models across web, mobile, and TV platforms
- Collaborate with AI team to explore generative AI, NLP, recommendation systems, and other ML capabilities to define AI interaction patterns that are safe, inclusive, and aligned with the company mission
The ideal Senior Product Designer has:
- 7+ years of experience in product design, ideally with large B2C companies (ideally $100M+ revenue).
- Experience building and designing a social/community platform and/or AI-powered experiences
- Strong portfolio showing product thinking, design systems mastery, and platform fluency (mobile, web, and TV)
- Highly proficient in Figma
- Experience in leveraging AI tools in the design process (e.g. ideation, prototyping, synthesis)
- Fluency in design systems, accessibility standards, and component-driven UX at scale
- Experience running research, usability testing, and interpreting quantitative/qualitative feedback
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
