Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $60-$75/hr
Length: Through EOY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Monday.com Expert with Project Management experience to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our workflow and optimizing our project management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Monday.com, including its advanced features, integrations, and customizations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our team maximizes the potential of the platform to streamline operations, improve collaboration, and achieve organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration· Configure and maintain Monday.com workspaces, boards, dashboards, reporting (ex. Status Reports) and online forms to meet the unique needs of the organization.
· Design and implement workflows and automations to optimize efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
· Ensure data integrity and security within the Monday.com platform.
· Analyze workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity through Monday.com.

Team Training and Support· Provide training sessions and create documentation to onboard team members effectively.
· Offer ongoing support to users, answering queries and troubleshooting issues.
· Act as the primary point of contact for Monday.com-related concerns.
Integration and Customization· Utilize Monday.com’s API to integrate the platform with other tools and systems used by the organization.
· Develop custom solutions to address specific organizational needs.
Performance Analysis· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of workflows and automations implemented within Monday.com.
· Generate reports and insights to help the organization make informed decisions.
· Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Project Management· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets using Monday.com.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and execute projects successfully.
· Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Monday.com, including automation, integrations, and reporting.
· Project Management Skills: Experience in managing complex projects and workflows using Monday.com.
· Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address workflow inefficiencies.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to train and support team members.
· Creativity: Ability to design innovative and effective workflows tailored to organizational needs.
Preferred Experience· Previous experience as a Monday.com administrator or similar role.
· Proven experience as a Project Manager, utilizing Monday.com.
· Hands-on experience with Monday.com’s API and advanced features.
· Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
