About You
Basic Qualifications Software Engineer
5+ years of software development experience, preferred in an enterprise software product
Experience in designing and building complex software systems, components
Proficient developing software in Java, algorithms, and complexity analysis
Experience in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, J2EE
Solid grasp of design patterns, coding best practices and be able to write unit-testable code
BS and/or master's in computer science, Engineering or related field preferred
Other Qualifications
Experience building a SaaS/BI/Reporting/Analytics product
Working knowledge of SQL, REST
Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Microservices (Kubernetes), Service Oriented Architecture and Application Integration Design Patterns
Systems engineering, any kind of kernel development (databases, OS, OLAP compute engines)
Attention to detail and deep understanding of engineering best practices
Experience with Agile development
Experience with AWS, Azure, SaaS applications, and other modern cloud-based tools
Expertise in JSON, RESTful services, and similar related technologies

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
