Physician Assistant - Pulmonary (Outpatient)
Location: Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Temple, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No Call | No Weekends | No Holidays
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Pulmonary Medicine team at our outpatient clinic in Temple, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic, collaborative team that prioritizes compassionate, high-quality care.
Position Highlights:

Outpatient only - no nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements

Independent management of patients in clinic, with close collaboration with pulmonary physicians and care team

Potential for minor procedures, such as chest tube removal

Pulmonary experience preferred but not required - training and mentorship provided

Qualifications:

Current license as a Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

Ability to work autonomously in an outpatient setting

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pulmonary or internal medicine experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
- EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
- Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Physician Assistants (PA): Must have a PA license through the state of TX.
