Job Description:
Machine Operator
Nextracker is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Overmold Production team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Overmold (OVM) machines and a strong commitment to safety and quality. This position reports directly to the OVM Supervisor and is available on either the day or swing shift.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate Overmold (OVM) machines in a production environment
· Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout each shift
· Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
· Prior experience with Overmold (OVM) machines is a plus
· Must be able to understand and communicate in conversational English
· Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent output
· Willingness to work day or swing shift, as needed
· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Hourly Rate Applicable to California: $21-$23 per hour
