WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

As a Customer Care Representative at nVent Trachte, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive world-class support and service. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of customer orders into our ERP system, ensuring that our Customer First core value is upheld. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Timely and accurate order and quote entry into the ERP system.
  • Electronic order review and reconciliation.
  • Resolution of price discrepancies identified at the time of order.
  • Change order entry into the ERP system.
  • Retention of appropriate documents and emails related to orders and change orders.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Coordinators and Estimating teams to support incoming order volumes.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Service setting required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Knowledge of ERP/order management systems preferred.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills; Ability to speak with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests.
  • Willingness to collaborate with different departments within the organization to fulfill customer service excellence, including sales, engineering, accounting, and project management.
