Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and brings a strong technical mindset to enterprise-scale projects. This role is ideal for someone inquisitive, self-driven, and experienced in gathering and documenting requirements for large-scale software implementations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders across departments and geographies.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Lead discovery sessions and conduct in-depth analysis of current and future state processes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Support the deployment of enterprise workforce management solutions across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and project management to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in project plans and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision—no hand-holding required.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on technical analysis.
  • Proven experience working on large enterprise projects with geographically distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex requirements and workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise workforce management software implementations; Legion WFM experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious, investigative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with deployment planning and execution across multiple business locations.
  • Background in retail, hospitality, or other industries with large hourly workforces.
  • Technical proficiency in data analysis, APIs, or system integrations is a plus.
