




Our Seattle-based restaurant and hospitality client has an immediate need for a part-time (about 20 hours per week), Marketing Manager who can step in quickly and take the lead on day-to-day brand execution while helping organize and drive campaign strategy. This role will require some onsite work in the Downtown Seattle area. There is potential for this position to increase in weekly workload and even convert to a full-time salaried position.
As Marketing Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated Social Media Manager and collaborate with internal leadership, operations, and outsourced partners to drive marketing for four restaurant concepts in the Seattle / Tacoma area.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Uphold brand standards, and ensure executional consistency
- Maintain and manage master marketing calendar
- Develop and execute campaigns for email, digital, and in-store
- Collaborate with Social Media Manager on content integration
- QA and coordinate menus, emails, ad copy, social assets, etc.
- Liaise with creative vendors (design, photography, paid ads)
- Align with operations on timing, promotions, and deliverables
- Review campaign performance and share highlights/insights
Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in marketing (restaurant, hospitality, or retail a plus)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Confident in campaign planning, writing/editing, and timelines
- Familiar with tools like Mailchimp, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress, Box, and Meta Business Suite
- Deadline-driven, collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive
