Position Overview
The Vice President of Regional Operations will partner with the Executive Vice President (EVP), Construction of Treehouse Builders and be primarily responsible for oversight of field personnel and job production to ensure targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met. You will directly oversee the construction process, from pre-construction planning and execution to final completion and handover, ensuring we deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget. This includes our Build-to-Rent Oxenfree communities in the designated market or region, ensuring that the organization is managed efficiently and effectively executing the project GMP assumptions based on schedule, budget, and quality.
What You Will Do
- Partner with the EVP to monitor projects including conducting project reviews, assessing financial performance, project contracts, and schedules.
- Provide leadership and management for all facets of the execution of the Horizontal, Purchasing, Vertical, and all Amenity construction for all projects.
- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations team including acquisition, development, construction, and purchasing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including local government officials and contractors
- Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ideally, you'll have
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 Years of Experience Single Family, Multi-Family Production experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with software programs such as Microsoft BuildPro and Smartsheet is strongly preferred.
You'll crush it if you have experience with
- Proven track record of success in delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget, preferably within the BTR, multi-family or commercial sector.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Direct Reports: Market/Regional Horizontal, Purchasing, and Vertical Construction Leads

Base Salary: $190,000–$225,000 annually. Final salary within this range will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically ranging between 30-50% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance.
