Medline has an immediate need for an Acute Care Regional Sales VP, to execute and develop overall sales strategy and initiatives for the region - Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Staff and direct the sales management team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.Job Description
Duties in this role will include:
Responsible for planning and executing the strategic direction and initiatives of the Sales force within geographic region.
Directly responsible for providing leadership, and providing management and development of the VPs, Directors, and/or managers.
Responsible for growing sales and profit while controlling the expense necessary to effectively run a sales division.
Develop executive level customer relationships with geographic region marketplace to grow the business.
Collaborate with sales leaders to develop a comprehensive strategy to drive sales growth throughout multiple sales divisions within Medline.
Work closely with Sales Compensation and Marketing to devise sales rep, manager and national account compensation plans.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Divisions to execute the strategy with innovative products and programs for specific market.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Office applications
5+ years health care sales leadership experience and a prove track record of success
Possesses professional verbal and written communication skills
Advance problem-solving ability
Advanced sales and presentation skills
Strong business acumen
Strong leadership skills
Travel required (40%)
SAP experience considered an asset

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$175,760.00 - $263,640.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
