Partnering with a Fortune 500 healthcare company, you’ll lead the evolution of their design system, ensuring consistent, accessible, and scalable experiences across their entire digital ecosystem. This role is critical to the success of our client, as it directly impacts the usability and effectiveness of their member and provider-facing applications.

You’ll be joining a team of passionate UX professionals who thrive in an enterprise environment, working together to elevate the user experience for a wide audience.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with research, content, and product teams to design user-centered solutions.
- Define and maintain design patterns, tokens, and processes supporting multiple platforms.
- Lead conversations, establish design standards, and build consensus across design, product, and engineering teams.
- Structure, maintain, and evolve complex design libraries within Figma.
- Contribute to the growth and refinement of the centralized design system.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with 3+ years specifically focused on design systems.
- 4-6 years of experience using Figma.
- Proficiency with standard office software.
- A portfolio showcasing your design system expertise (required for consideration).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Advanced degree in HCI, Design Systems, or Technical Design.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Healthcare industry experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $72 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
