Job Opportunity: Data Privacy Product OwnerClient: Finance Sector
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite – 4 days/week)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract-to-Hire

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Data Privacy Product Owner with a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise to lead the development and governance of consumer privacy data products. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, a passion for data privacy, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with multiple business units to gather and define requirements.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to solve business challenges.
- Present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Own and manage the Consumer Privacy data product lifecycle.
- Maintain and update requirements in JIRA.
- Identify business value, cost savings, and operational impact.
- Develop governance procedures, monitoring controls, and job aids.
- Techno-functional expertise with a strong understanding of finance processes.
- Experience in the Finance domain, specifically in Consumer Privacy.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- 2–3+ years in Finance domain, focusing on governance procedures and monitoring controls for user-developed applications.
- 2–3 years as a Business Analyst with web applications, SaaS, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, designers).
- CDMP Certification (Certified Data Management Professional).
- Subject Matter Expert in Consumer Privacy
- Strong Product Ownership experience
- Excellent Techno-functional and Business Analysis skills
