Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• This team will be responsible for organizing data for the quarterly recaps for 70+ vendors.
• The resources will be utilizing excel to organize and validate data sets
• The data sets are all received in different formats. So the analyst will need to convert the data into excel to consolidate the data.
• The analyst will validate the data against a preset table.
• The analyst will utilize PowerPoint to gather necessary data that is needed for the contracts and vendor presentations.
• Structure large data sets to find usable information
• Work with team of analysts to process information
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
• Analyze data to identify trends and outliers
• Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
• Research new ways to make use of data

Qualifications
Technical Skills:

• Excel – using day to day to organize data from the 5 grocery brands and over 70 vendors
• PowerPoint – adding in data to template (Note: there will be a resource onshore to review and proofread the information in the template)
