We are the world’s largest balloon, giftware & home decor wholesaler, founded in 1982. Join our collaborative Information Services team and make a real impact across departments — from operations and sales to IT and corporate strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Designing and producing custom reports using both in-house and custom-built tools.
• Creating and refining business models to identify trends and new growth opportunities.
• Leading or supporting cross-functional projects, from technical upgrades to sales initiatives and process improvements.
• Supporting key systems including trade show tech and voice-picking tools used in operations.
• Forecasting labor needs and improving resource management.
• Assisting with data migration to new business platforms.
• Providing high-level administrative support to the department director.

What We're Looking For

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to see both the big picture and the fine details.
• Experience working with reporting tools and business systems.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to making improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner across multiple departments.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree, specifically in Business Management, or any other related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an analyst role or equivalent combination of education and experience
