Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: This is the creation team focused on generative AI, design, and visual aesthetics.

• Key projects: This role will be responsible for crafting compelling AI prompts resulting in high quality, reliable, and compelling content for users.

• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: Typical day in the role will be to develop and iterate on prompts and visual artifacts for the Create organization. This is not a traditional copywriter role. The individual must have a creative and/or design background with experience in copywriting + AI visual content creation.

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 2-4 years of experience required for the role

• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is required to be eligible for this role.

• Disqualifiers: There are no specific disqualifiers at this time.

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would have visual content creation with AI tools, strong portfolio, visual/written/verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, strong problem solving skills, and hold a proactive attitude.

• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, not receiving escalations, and team feedback from the stakeholders.


Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Minimum 2+ years experience excellent grammar writing

2. Minimum 2+ year experience with visual acumen/creation

3. Minimum 2+ year experience with creating work with visual AI tools/content


Hard Skills Assessments

• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: Between 7/7-7/8

• Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1 round- 30 minutes.

• Required Candidate Preparation:

• All candidates will be asked to take a short written/visual test if in consideration for the role.

Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Visual AI Prompt Writer with a strong background in generative AI, design, and visual aesthetics. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling AI prompts resulting in high quality, reliable, and compelling content for our users. Our environment is fast-paced and innovative, focusing on quality at scale, so the ability to pivot, learn quickly, and remain agile is essential. Key Responsibilities:

* Write and edit AI prompts that effectively communicate visual concepts and ideas (including visual and template-based artifacts)

* Future-proof AI prompts to ensure reliability and visual fidelity for users

* Utilize a deep understanding of design principles and visual acumen to ensure generative AI outputs are of the highest quality

* Collaborate with visual prompt authors and content team to refine prompts for optimal visual content generation

* Ensure all content is consistent with internal guidelines and meets the company’s standards of excellence

* Manage a high volume of work efficiently, maintaining quality while focusing on scale

* Quickly adapt to changes and learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

* Minimum of two years in visual content creation using generative AI models/platforms

* Proven experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual content creation and design trends/styles

* Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, especially in authoring unique and reliable AI prompts while adhering to copywriting standards and guidelines

* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment and pivot as needed

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

* Comfortable with receiving and implementing constructive feedback


Preferred:

* Familiarity with content development & moderation workflows and tooling

* Awareness of third-party rights and diversity & inclusion considerations when generating AI content

* Experience with typography best practices
