About the Role:We are seeking a Network Coordinator / Finance Coordinator to join our team supporting SPM/EO Fulfillment, equipment logistics, and financial operations. This is a junior to mid-level role ideal for someone with strong administrative and financial coordination experience, particularly in Excel and Google Suite.
You’ll be working closely with engineering and managerial teams, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Create Capital Purchase Orders (POs) and Engineering Orders (EOs)
- Perform monthly budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain and update FUZE records and IBV trackers
- Submit budget changes and POR requests
- Generate weekly reports (RNP, OCNR, ME)
- Provide engineering and managerial support
- 3+ years in an administrative or finance coordinator role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including creating pivot tables from scratch)
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and related utilities)
- Experience in the telecom industry
- 1 round onsite interview with the hiring team
