




Wild Dunes Resort
The Systems Analyst’s primary function will be to provide PC set-up and software configuration with users and vendors of Wild Dunes Resort software and hardware systems. Issues and projects will be tracked through the Wild Dunes IT department ticket system or as part of a project scope. When appropriate, problems will be elevated to the Director or regional IT assets for review and resolution.
The primary responsibility will be user support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user PCs, hardware, and software. This will include developing and maintaining documentation for operating the computer systems. In addition, the Systems Analyst will be expected to make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to existing systems. The Systems Analyst will also work on assigned projects related to property systems in conjunction with IT department staff and hardware-software vendors.
The Systems Analyst will be available to provide after-hours error resolution for Wild Dunes Resort systems as needed. This will include carrying the department cell phone as part of a scheduled support rotation. The Systems Analyst will work with and provide backup to all other Wild Dunes IT department members on tasks and planned system projects where appropriate.
Essential job FUNCTIONS:
· Provide end-user support for property systems.
· Plan, design, test, and implement configuration changes for servers and software.
· Provide end-user system support on existing and new mail and domain user accounts, & system resource access.
· Act as vendor liaison to resolve errors and maintain existing systems.
· Researching technology solutions pertinent to ongoing or future IT implementations.
· When applicable, work with Resort departments to develop criteria for software system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
· Assist the Director of IT in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects as necessary.
· Work with vendors on warranty-related issues.
· Maintain PCI compliance.

Experience & Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA is plus
- Experience in a networked computer environment.
- Experience with network management, monitoring, and data backup.
- Knowledge of wireless (Wi-Fi) systems.
- Experience with Microsoft software.
- Previous Hotel or Resort experience desired.

- You must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Must be able to maintain a high-speed internet connection at residence.
- Must be able to work flexible days/hours – some on-call duty is required.
- Ability to be contacted 24/7 while maintaining on-call status.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
Working CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the Colleague is regularly required to walk, stand, and sit. At least 70% of this position entails documentation, analysis, testing, and/or modification of computer software systems and programs. The Colleague is occasionally required to climb ladders and use balance/coordination. The Colleague frequently uses hands and arms to reach, carry, and lift items. Good vision is essential to the success of this position. The Colleague can reasonably be expected to experience moderate to high noise levels and temperature fluctuations.
