A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Software Development Analyst.

Location: Schriever AFB, CO
As a Software Development Analyst, you will:
will support the Missile Defense Space Warning Tool (MDST) product line of the DE Task Order on the Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC). This position requires an analyst to support the development of modeling and simulation of Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) systems. This includes analyzing, benchmarking, validation and verification, documenting, and integrating simulation products for the MDST organization.

The ideal candidate will have:
Must have an active U.S. Government security clearance at the DoD secret level

* Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related experience
* Self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Strong, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and customer personnel
* Familiarity with Agile software development practices
* Understanding of software development and Linux platforms
* Experience with C++ or Java source code
* Experience with Python, MATLAB, or similar analysis software

Pay Range: $60 to $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
