Location:Onsite - Sheridan, AR
Competitive Compensation:Starting
at $18.75 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and Weekend Shifts.
Shifts Needed:
- 1st shift, 5:00am - 3:00pm,Monday-Thursday
- 2ndshift, 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday-Thursday
- Weekend 1st, 5:00am - 5:00pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

We are looking for Operator I in our Components and Shipping departments within the Distribution Center Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
- Performing all duties associated within the department.
- Following instructions and communicating effectively.
- Reads orders or requisitions todetermineitems to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

- Physical Capability:Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35pounds or more.
