The Senior Marketing Manager is a pivotal leadership role within the West Region marketing team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives that elevate brand presence and fuel business growth across multiple markets, with a primary focus on Phoenix. This role demands a dynamic leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, delivering innovative marketing solutions that align with business objectives.
As a key partner to leasing, development, and corporate teams, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead high-impact campaigns, craft compelling narratives, and ensure seamless collaboration across functions. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, adept at translating complex data into actionable insights and persuasive marketing collateral. This is a 100% in-office role, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for high-performing leasing and development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards. Balance a 50/50 focus between the Phoenix market and neighboring regions, fostering collaboration with local teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of strategic marketing campaigns for property listings, including budget management, performance tracking, and reporting on key outcomes.
- Drive regional business development initiatives by leveraging Lincoln’s national platform, enhancing client engagement, and expanding brand visibility in local markets.
- Manage ground-up development marketing efforts including coordinate with third-party vendors where marketing creative is outsourced, communications/creative development for construction milestones, create bi-weekly development/leasing activity reports for all active developments, participate in calls with asset management teams.
- Partner with other Senior Marketing Managers and team members across the West Region to share best practices, align on regional strategies, and ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.
- Champion brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials, delivering cohesive and impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with local PR and internal communications as needed.
- Provide regular weekly updates to their senior leaders on the progress of projects and seek guidance or approval for major decisions.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering regular updates on project progress and seeking input on critical decisions.
- Bring a results-oriented mindset to all projects and assignments, ensuring process and approach is aimed towards the successful achievement of business objectives, responsible for project KPI measurement and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience in a professional services environment; commercial real estate experience preferred
- Proven track record of leading high-impact marketing initiatives and managing complex projects.
- Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an understanding articulating client value
- Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, excellent time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to interface with top level executives.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and CRM platforms like Hubspot
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
