




Video Editor (with Motion Graphics)

Our client, a health and wellness supplement brand, is seeking a results-oriented Video Editor & Motion Designer who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and understands the power of attention, emotion, and conversion in digital content. You'll be part of a creative performance team focused on building social-first, story-driven video content that doesn't just stop the scroll, but drives real business outcomes.
This role isn't just about editing footage. It's about designing visually arresting, emotionally resonant, and high-converting video narratives that perform across platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Instagram.

Responsibilities
- Design, edit, and animate short- and mid-form video ads optimized for paid social platforms.
- Transform UGC, branded content, and creative briefs into compelling video assets.
- Apply motion graphics, animated text, color grading, sound design, and visual effects to maximize viewer engagement and retention.
- Use performance data to iterate and improve video content based on insights.
Collaborate with marketing managers and creatives to align with strategic campaign goals. - Stay up-to-date with platform trends, viral content formats, and editing innovations to ensure content feels native and competitive.
- Establish narrative structure in content identify the hook, build tension, offer a solution, and insert strategic CTAs.
- Maintain an organized workflow with raw footage, ensuring assets are optimized for editing.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion design, ideally in DTC, paid social, or UGC-heavy campaigns.
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro and After Effects (required); familiarity with
- Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder (a plus).
- Expertise in color grading, audio mixing, light correction, and motion graphics.
- Demonstrated success crafting videos that drive engagement and conversions.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools (Descript, RunwayML, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual composition
- Deep understanding of social media trends, editing styles, and platform-specific audience behaviors
- A hustle mindset, you're self-motivated, proactive, and can meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally on a remote team.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
